HOW TO ENJOY
On their own cold or at room temperature, added to white rice or pasta, or with guacamole and cherry tomatoes.
Variegated scallops, and seafood in general, are an excellent source of high-quality proteins, minerals and vitamins. Low in fat with only 1.2% per 100 grams, but with the advantage that it offers omega-3 that are highly beneficial for our cardiovascular health.
