Shipping policy

  • We deliver to Mainland UK excluding Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. If you require delivery in other UK territory, please contact us before placing the order.
  • If your order includes products that require temperature-controlled packaging, we will send your order the next available working day (after dispatched) being Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Thus, we will ensure the fastest delivery in 1-2 business days and the minimum transit time, guaranteeing you receive the products in perfect condition.
  • If your order does not include products that require temperature-controlled packaging, we will send your order the next available working day (after dispatched) being Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.
  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and all Bank Holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12pm (noon) will be sent on the next available working day and according to the above terms in reference to products that require temperature-controlled packaging.
  • We will prepare the right and custom packaging for your order according to the products you chose, including, when needed, temperature control packaging (polystyrene (EPS) boxes and ice pads) that keeps your products safe and in good temperature conditions for up to 48 hours.
  • Once the order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link. You will be able to choose delivery options from our courier. You can instruct the courier to leave the package with a neighbour, in a safe place or re arrange the delivery.
  • We cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods where you have not been in to accept delivery.
  • We cannot take responsibility for chilled items that have been delivered but left in a safe place or with a neighbour but not kept under the correct storage temperature.
  • We cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods, if you decide to change the date of delivery of an order that contains chilled products after you have received your shipping confirmation, and the goods are in the possession of our third-party courier.
  • If you detect any damage or leakage, please still accept the shipment, then inspect the contents and contact us if necessary. In the case of chilled products, a small amount of liquid formation is normal as the ice pads begins to thaw. If there is genuine damage, we will not ignore your claim just because you did not reject the delivery.
  • Orders will only be delivered to the address you have included in your order. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us or for giving your authorisation for goods to be left in a safe place with our courier.
  • In very rare circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your order. Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your delivery option, we may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and we therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays.
  • We will not deliver to forwarding addresses or Post Office boxes due to the risk of fraud. This is for the protection of all our customers.
  • On opening the package, you should take care that the product remains cold and that the ice pad sheets remain at least cold or partially frozen. If the product/s are no longer chilled, then the product/s should not be consumed. If this should happen, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods if you do not inform us withing 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
  • We appreciate that buying food over the internet might seem strange, so we go to extra lengths to provide you with as much product information as possible. You'll find close-up photos and extended descriptions of our products as well as all the relevant specifications, like ingredients, allergens, directions for use and storage.   • The fees and the options described below include packaging and shipping, and we reserve the right to modify them for any reason (e.g. this may happen if courier or packaging supplier modify their fees/costs):
