The Negroni was created in 1919 in Florence. According to legend, it came about when Count Camillo Negroni—a great fan of the famous Americano cocktail—asked the bartender at Caffè Casoni to change the recipe by substituting gin for soda. This gave rise to one of the most popular cocktails.

Our version is made of:

  • 1/3 Bocamanga Barrel-Aged Vermouth, rated 91 points by Guía Peñín
  • 1/3 Rein Bradley London Dry Gin
  • 1/3 Gallo Bravo Premium Bitter

Pista Corta winery takes its name from the short landing strips used by adventure pilots in bygone days.
