Aceites Clement are devoted to keep a family tradition started more than 80 years ago to produce high quality EVOO from native olive varieties grown in the Tierra de Barros region, in Badajoz. Aceites Clemen goal is to preserve the family tradition of EVOO manufacturers with olives from local producers and neighbouring towns that make their Coupage one of the best EVOO from Extremadura and Spain.
The Morisca edition is an EVOO from cold extraction, 100% Morisca olives. Morisca is an old native variety and almost exclusive to Extremadura region. Its aromas are reminiscent of ripe quince, anise, figs and ripe apple. Sweet at start, its fluidity is medium, with a very light bitterness and medium spiciness. It presents a ripe fruit aftertaste.
HOW TO USE
Ideal for roasted fish, stews, and vegetables. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat.
