The Cheese Texture is made of thousands of PDO Manchego Cheese grains with a creamy finish, managing not to modify the original appearance of Manchego and at the same time adding the pairing, obtaining a synergy between both products with a strong and ground-breaking flavour. This variety is prepared with black garlic from “Pedroñeras” region. This garlic is soft and tender and the taste is slightly sweet with a final touch of black licorice.
With more than 40 years producing Manchego Cheese, and along La Mancha tradition, Moreno Reino’s innovative family business created a new product, the Manchego Cheese texture, first presented in 2013 and after patented in 2014 (©), becoming the only company in the world offering this innovative format. It is an artisan made and manually packaged product, securing the best quality and good condition.
HOW TO ENJOY
Store in a cool (fridge 6 to 9 Celsius), dry place away from light and heat. Take it out from the fridge 30 minutes before serving. Perfect serving temperature: 22 Celsius. Preferably finish the product no more than 7 days after opening. Perfect to spread over bread or toasted bread, “picos”, “regañás” or any of the Spanish bread types. Excellent combination with other cured products such as Acorn Fed 100% Iberico Ham PDO Dehesa de Extremadura ("Bellota").

Ingredients: Manchego PDO cheese (raw sheep's milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet, calcium chloride, and egg white lysozyme), EVOO and ecologic black garlic.
Colour: brown-grey.
