Their clams come from the very cold waters of Ria de Noia and Ria de Muros, a unique region in the Northwest of Spain where the Atlantic Ocean and Cantabrian Sea meet to develop a unique and nutrient-rich ecosystem. They are tasteful and an excellent source of high-quality proteins, omega-3, minerals, and vitamins.

On their own cold or at room temperature, ceviche, paella, and salads.
