The Giftbox Collection from Can Bech includes a tasting of the five flavours that make up the Just for Cheese family of sweet cheese sauces:
+ Raspberry with rose petals and Sichuan pepper
+ Peach and apricot with Goji berries and Guatemalan cardamom, for soft cheeses.
+ Caramelised Golden apple with tender Turkish pistachios and Sri Lankan cinnamon, for hard cheeses.
+ Black grapes and Mallorca almonds, for washed rind cheeses.
+ Black figs with Australian Macadamia nuts and allspice, for blue cheeses.

HOW TO ENJOY
Store at room temperature. It is recommended that sunlight does not directly impact on the product. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume it before 7 days.
RASPBERRIE: To compliment their softness and clean, lactic aromas we looked for a sweet, fragrant sauce, with a similar texture that would accompany the flavour of the cheese without masking it. For fresh and soft cheese like soft Manchego.
BLACK FIGS: The density of ripe figs, with just the right amount of sugar to avoid an overpowering sweetness, combines perfectly with blue cheeses like Cabrales.
GRAPE: To pair them with, we have created a sweet sauce that breaks up the cheese’s particular strong lactic aromas by adding black grapes, an aqueous texture and an elegantly sweet flavor, which softens the slightly offensive sensation that its skin may produce. For washed rind cheese like Aged 6M Manchego.
PEACH&APRICOT: We searched for two textures very similar to those of vineyard peaches and apricots, subtly sweet but highly aromatic. For soft ripened cheese like Torta del Casar.
APPLE: We have created a sweet sauce reminiscent of baked apples that onfidently stands up to a cured cheese without overpowering the subtle aromas of a young cheese. For hard paste cheese such as Aged 12m or 24M Manchego.

SWEET SAUCE OF BLACK FIGS WITH MACADAMIA NUTS AND ALLSPICE Ingredients: black fig from Spain 61%, sugar, MACADAMIA NUT from Australia 7%, lemon juice and allspice 0,5%.
SWEET SAUCE OF BLACK GRAPES WITH ALMONDS Ingredients: black grape 68%, sugar, ALMOND from Mallorca 6%, lemon juice, fruit concentrate (red grape and cranberry) and gelling agent: pectins.
SWEET SAUCE OF PEACHES AND APRICOTS WITH GOJI BERRIES AND CARDAMOM Ingredients: peach 52%, apricot 22%, sugar, Goji berries 3,7% (contains SULPHITES), lemon juice, gelling agent: pectins and cardamom from Guatemala 0,1%.
