Product obtained exclusively from carefully selected female black porks meat and fat. It is cured at room temperature between 60 and 120 days, subject to size and time of year. Curing process is based on internal microbiology with no added regulators. This sobrasada has the lowest saturated fat in the market and is made with high quality paprika reaching ASTA (American Spice Trade Association) index above 200 units.

INGREDIENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Ingredients: black female pork meat, natural casing and paprika.
Colour: externally in winter its colour is practically black with remains of green flowering (penicillium), due to a long curing and a necessary excess of humidity. Internally gets an intense and unctuous oranged red.
Flavour and Aroma: light peach aroma.
