Their Amontillado EVOO is the result of their passion for both innovation and two outstanding gastronomic products such as EVVO and Jerez wines. For the first time an Arbequina EVOO is refined in wine barrels, in this occasion Amontillado Solera American oak barrel from Lustau, one of the most renowned wineries in Spain.

The result is a unique gastro experience which perfectly blends the fascinating aromatic profile of Amontillado and the freshness of Arbequina EVOO, with hints of toasted nuts, noble woods, ripe fruit, and mushrooms.

HOW TO USE IT

Perfect for pairing with a wide range of dishes and recipes, from salted and baked fish, grilled or baked poultry and pork, mushrooms and boletus, carpaccio, and cockles and oysters, whether raw, canned or pan-fried. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat.
