Broto mussels are harvested at the Ria de Arosa in July and August, the optimum time in the season to preserve their freshness and unique taste. Tinned and packaged manually following traditional and artisan procedures. Bright and vibrant orange colour, they are fried in olive oil and marinated in wine vinegar, garlic, bay, spices, and salt.
