HOW TO ENJOY
With its rich flavour and high fructose content, it is ideal used in granola and flapjacks along with porridge, and as a topping on toast and cheese.
Blackberry honey is rich in antioxidants, and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and C. It is also abundant in minerals: calcium, potassium, phosphorous, iron, sodium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, selenium, and other trace mineral.
