The story of Ángel Martín e Hijos begins almost 100 years ago, when the grandparents of the current owners with hardly any means began to create in Guijuelo an industry that did not exist at that time in Spain. Their production of Iberian hams and sausages is a totally natural process that combines artisanal selection, tradition and craftsmanship with quality and modern technology through safe processes that eliminate any risk to obtain an intense flavour.
HOW TO ENJOY
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. If sliced, store it in the fridge and take it out 60 minutes before serving. Perfect serving temperature: 22 Celsius.

INGREDIENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Ingredients: Acorn fed 100% Iberian pork, lactose, salt, dextrin, soy protein, sugar, spices, spice extracts, Stabilizer (E-450iii), milk proteins, antioxidant (E-316), colour (E-120), preservatives (E-252, E -250) and pork tripe.
Colour and Flavour: intense red, nutty and rich with a touch of warmth from the black pepper.
